You can look back to post #795 in this thread. ChanelCelineLaurentLover posted comparison photo of that 20C red with 19B red and 19B maroon. I haven’t seen it IRL but it’s pinkish red according to her. But I remember some members said it was coral red not pinkish red. All I know is that it looks much lighter than 19B red if you’re familiar with it. And 19B red is for sure lighter than 17B red. HTH

are you talking about an sa from flagship in Toronto? I inquired about getting a bigger size 19 bag from her after getting the small, and she basically got all pissy and worried I was returning it when I wasn’t; I just also wanted her to find me a large. Later i ended up getting other bags from someone else but she had effectively dumped me by not replying before that even happened. Ridiculous how sensitive these sa’s are
Ugh, got forbid you can change your mind. When I inquired about a different bag my sa got mad and said that if I was gonna return it, would I please return it to her as there were other clients that wanted it. I never even returned it- it’s just that once I got the small 19 from her, I just also wanted a large version. She was super sensitive about it and basically stopped replying to me
No I live in Vancouver. I thought Toronto is better as they got 4 stores. But Vancouver only has one. So pretty much a monopoly here.

Exactly so the commission has already been made. The fact that they would dump us over a return/store credit, or for me, inquiring about another piece, is disgusting
I don’t think they get to keep the commission if it gets returned, since even though it’s “store credit,” it’s still a currency to buy a diff bag from another SA.
Regardless, it is very petty. I have also been ghosted for returning a bag that was shipped to me as well. It wasn’t the same shade of blue that the picture showed, so I returned it to a local boutique. It was an old season bag, and I doubt anyone else was looking for it.
Luckily there are plenty of SA to work with, so it’s their loss. But how awkward to have to see them again lol.
