My SA says it’s lambskin but it feels like there’s a thicker “coating” on it from the iridescence. I actually have a o case in a similar leather and love it. It still looks perfect too.

Hi it fits as much as the Reissue / Rect minis on YouTube review videos. I didn’t cram it with the sunglasses though. I haven’t used my minis at all - my day bag is a preloved 226 (so carefree!).
I liked the feel of the iridescent leather - was informed it’s calfskin (not lamb but if you able to reconfirm w/ the SA, that would be terrific!)
I like that it felt smooth and supple. I felt reassured knowing it should wear well being calfskin (at least until reconfirmation!)
It feels lighter than the other minis I have tried on when filled; and there’s less pull on the shoulder despite the thinner chain strap. Hope this quick overview helps.

I have a sq mini that I use for night outs, etc, and think the drop on the rect mini is too long for me. so this new one works well. I would want to use it as a daily bag. I use my 225 as a day bag and LOVE it too. It's my perfect bag but sometimes i feel even that is too dressy for my lifestyle (ie. kids, playgrounds, etc).
I'll ask about the leather again. Will probably go in tomorrow to get it xx

Stopped into my local boutique to see the new collection. Tried on these 2 season bags. Both similar to the business affinity. Can’t decide...
Love the shiny black bag. Seems very practical. The smaller bag is a pretty iridescent grey with matte gold hw which I love. I’m looking for a everyday bag I don’t have to baby.
Anyone buy one of these?

I purchased the mini flap with top handle in black/grey because it was love at first sight (something quite rare for me)! The leather, quilting and aged gold hardware give it a classic and elegant Chanel bag with a touch of rocker chic. Go for it!

Hopefully you all can help me choose one or two to keep. At first I was set on keeping the true red from 19B. Then I saw the burgundy and it would go with so much in my winter wardrobe I fell in love. But I also need a red for the summer. So I can either keep 19B which is the perfect neutral true beautiful red, or maybe keep the pinkish red from 20c plus the burgundy. Ugh!!! I’ve been agonizing for days. If it helps to know I do have an hermes bag the same color as the 19b true red so maybe that’s actually the one I should return. Here are some pics! Let me know what you all think! Also a lot of ppl have commented that the 20c looks orangey but I don’t see any orange..just coral pink. I think maybe in certain unnatural lighting maybe it could appear orange but not in natural light. So the order is 20c, 19B burgundy, 19b red. It should a,so be noted the 20c is a size small.

But you said you have Hermes in exact color so I agree (hard) to eliminate that one. Between 20C and maroon 19B, I would keep maroon. As you said it will be perfect for winter (although I use my red in winter time too) and summer you have it covered with your red Hermes. Plus the 20C would be similar to your Hermes shade. Unless you really like the bright/pink red, that counts to your decision. Good luck, all are gorgeous and considered yourself lucky to be able to choose between those.

After reaching out to boutiques around the country in the hopes of somehow getting my hands on the small CF in blue, I had an amazing stroke of luck yesterday. I was at my local Neiman Marcus when I mentioned to a Chanel SA that I was hoping to get one. I had asked in the Chanel boutique there several times if they were getting any pieces in the blue, and they never even seem to really know what I was talking about. Imagine my surprise when she said oh we have one here... She brought out a MEDIUM… Which I immediately realized was the perfect size for me, and destined to be mine. JOY! After all that!

Went back to pick up this little cutie. Passed up on some beautiful lamb minis but just not what I was looking for. Here are some other bags I considered as well. But in the end I knew what I wanted.

I finally decided to keep the 20c...the 20c has a pink coral hue that I adore and it’s such a cool size (small). the 19b is perfect tone but the one I got was clearly a returned and used bag. It is kind of squished at the top, a tad deflated, and the tag serial number on tag was removed. It had crumbs inside. It was the last one so I know beggars can’t be choosers but I just can’t pay that for a used bag. It’s not the fault of the SA as she never had the bag in hand. She had to email a warehouse to get it sent to me. I also think I’d prefer yellow gold vs champagne gold although that’s not a deal breaker. I love the burgundy too but I saw photos of last years with the aged gold hardware and it’s much prettier with that so I’m just going to hope they do it again in 2020. This bag was also a returned and previously used bag (no stickers, serial number cut off of tag and hand written on back) and also the last one in the country so I really got the short end of the stick with those two bags. If I was desperate I’d keep both but I think I’ll hold out. It’s a shame ppl are able to use a bag and return them. I’ve returned a couple but I never wore them and removed stickers and tags when I returned them so it’s crazy to me they’d accept them and send them out to someone paying full price for a NEW bag.
