Just got the 20C grey zippy. Waiting on the mini O and snap cardholder to arrive as well. Here’s the zippy next to my 14B grey caviar ML. I personally prefer the shade of my 14B as the 20C is a bit too blue toned for me & the caviar is that harder, plasticky type. But works well for SLGs!

I have the medium I agree . Did you end up getting any of the flaps or anything in grey? I am going to the boutique tomorrow to see if they received any grey mini o cases or keyholders.

The coating on the leather rubs off. The coco handle bag is prone to this because the corners are pointy. But it can happen to any caviar bag.

What do you mean by chipp? Does it happen because of normal wear and tear?

If it happens in the first year it’s free to fix but Chanel only repairs bags up to 5 years after purchase.

So were you guys able to get your money back or have it fixed by Chanel? This is after how long of buying the bags? Thank you.

Yes I finally have decided to get the Medium CF in Grey caviar. It’s such a beautiful colour to be missed! Totally in love with it
