Yes, the beige is creamy and definitely has less yellow undertones compared to the classic beige claire. It is very light, but you can tell it's beige and not white nor ivory.
The grey is a true grey, no brownish/taupe undertones, which is what I've been looking for. Under flash and artificial lighting it looks like there are a bit of blue undertones. Here are pics for those interested, all taken outdoors except the last. The 2nd to last was with flash and the last pic under artificial lighting (very bad yellowish lighting). Caviar is soft and shiny. I would have preferred puffier quilts, but my bag's quilts aren't that flat that I would consider a deal breaker. My black classic flap from 2018 does have sturdier and thicker leather , but I am very careful with my bags, so hopefully a lot of wear won't show after a few uses like some of the concerns that were brought up.
thanks for the pictures! Just wondering if the shiny caviar leather looks plastic in real life? I don’t mind a bit of shine but I’m not a fan of really plastic looking caviar :/ absolutely adore the grey though
