I have been selfish, I should take pictures and start posting things on this forum! The earrings are gorgeous. Although not as oversized as the rest of the collection, they are also failry priced!
I'll probably do that on Friday if its ok with you, I have been going to Montreal/London for business quite often and Friday finally is relax day!

OF COURSE IT IS OKAY AND YOU'RE NOT SELFISH AT ALL!!! Don't ever think that way!! We're all sisters here trying to share some Chanel info! You don't have to give pictorial info if you don't have time! I perfectly understand! $475 does sound like a good price though!

Help ~

You should definitely get the belt because you collect them and use them. Then I would say get the other piece of jewelry that you would use most often. All the pieces are lovely.

I love the bracelet but I don't know how much use you'll get out of that.

Re: CC union jack, oh my...I almost walked out of all the Chanel boutiques wearing this mini flap crossbody everytime I tried one on while I was in London this summer. It is gorgy and would've made the perfect souvenir, save for the exorbitant price for it being a jersey flap. DD thought the UJ CC w/ a red doubledecker bus pendant necklace was cute too, and DS loved the belt(he said I could wear it on halloween as a British Wonder Woman, HAHA!!).

Wow!! Hard decision. I love all of them...guess my vote is for the ring and belt, but the bracelet is gorgeous too!! I would get the 2 you have the least accessories of.

brooch and ring.
i have the ring and i get complments wherever i go. it is lke bee to honey. I am also getting the brooch. It is sold out here in Canada, my friend from LA got it for me already iwill be getting it in mid october. but the brooch&ring= to die for!

I love the brooch, and the belt has multi uses, so I vote for those 2 if you HAVE to limit to 2. I love the ring too if you can get 3. I love them ALL but the bracelet is pricey. If you can swing it, you should get them all! This collection is just AMAZING!!!!

I would say the ring and the bracelet ... and on the Union Jack Flap... I saw the one on the far right in the Sydney Chanel boutique last week if you are looking for that ...

*miffy* do you like the look of wearing a large cocktail ring on the index finger of your right hand ? i like this look for evening if no other jewelry at all is being worn. you could wear the matching brooch on your coat. so, either the brooch & the ring or the brooch & he bracelet

re the UJ jewelry ~ it's pretty full on girls !! :p ~ i just live in hope that one day they will repeat the leather flaps ~ i'd  a stars 'n' stripes one

V, that ring would be perfect for such use. I'm also thinking it would go nicely with right V. Westwood look if M ever felt a secret desire to live the life of modern punk rocker.:D

M, so sorry! But I couldn't make it to Upper East today. I went to Soho Chanel though and to my surprise, they had the brooch! So I stood over the display and drooled over it once more. I'm free all afternoon tomorrow though (or more like today, as it's past midnight here) and get a look of the bracelet and belt if BG got it. My SA wasn't working anyways, so maybe it's better for me to go today instead. He might let me take some pics for ya.:graucho: I'll have to remember to bring my digi cam!

A while back, I posted a thread asking for views on which piece I should get from this collection. Thanks to everyone who contributed and gave their views and comments. :flowers: I really appreciate them. The pieces that receive the most votes are the brooch, followed closely by the earrings.

Thanks to Mia who brought the piece I eventually decided to get all the way from Paris to me. This thread is also for Nanami whom I have to blame for bringing up this collection in the first place in one of her ever so informative threads!

So ladies, may I present to you <drumroll> from the le Duc collection...
