Congratulations, I was watching this one also on FASHIONPHILE great to see another TPF got it. I’m considering this bag or the filigree vanity or maybe a classic (but the price of that is crazy) how are you liking the BA?

I like the bag a lot. I tried the ML classic flap but returned it. Strap was too short for comfortable crossbody wear, which is how I wear my bags. And it was heavy (compared to the BA) and wide, but does not hold more than the BA. And I must be weird, but I really appreciate the matte black caviar. I also tried the reissue 225, and I found I didn't love the triangle-ish shape nor the heaviness of the chain, as beautiful as it is. The caviar is more worry free than lambskin, although the lambskin is so beautiful and feels amazing. So far, it's the bag that works best for me as a daily use bag. The mini rectangle is lightweight and super cute, so I may hang on to that one. I am new to Chanel, and I am finding that I have certain non-negotiables that make lots of Chanel bags a no-go for me. It's hard for me to compromise on much when I am paying these prices. What are your thoughts?
I’ve seen lots of pics that show that and mine also looks like that. I think it’s inherent to the design. The flap is required to extend further to clasp over the outside pocket. The could have made the flap longer but they didn’t, so you can’t overstuff the bag. If you could fit more the bag would protrude further from the body when fully stuffed so I’m guessing they did not want that look. And the leather will have some give and stretch a little over time so maybe it won’t look as crunched after being worn for a while. Just my thoughts.
Thank you for the response. I have seen some on YouTube that look fairly straight, but it is hard to be picky when the inventory is so low and I am shopping remotely. Look forward to receiving the bag!

I'm considering the getting Chanel BA and I would wrap a twilly around the top handle. It looks cute. I currently have a twilly on my belt bag.

I keep thinking the small bs i have is small, only till today I realised it is not small, it is mini.
I am confused, mine is 19cm in length. is this size considered mini or small as now I cannot find any info on Chanel website.
I remb seeing one previously from boutique and that is even smaller than that, it cannot hold my phone. Can someone let me know if there is one size even smaller than my current one (19cm length)? thanks
