I have the large one too! And i agree with you 100% that the size is really not overwhelming. I use it as everyday work bag.

Hi,

I am thinking about getting this at Heathrow next week. Does anyone know what colours are available right now? I am thinking about Medium size.

Also - if there are any short people here, I would really appreciate some modshots. I'm 5"2 and my main concern is that crossbody length is going to be too long on the strap.

I'm 5' but leggy and the top of the bag falls to the bottom of my hipbone. I wouldn't want it to be longer, but I don't think it's too long.

Vacationing in Europe 2 weeks ago, I checked out Saint Tropez Chanel Boutique :graucho: and found this beautiful perfect leather (caviar) & hardware (light gold) combo :hbeat::hbeat: ... it’s the small size but fits more than a classic mini flap & love that it’s multipurpose: handheld, shoulder & cross body bag :loveeyes:

I’m 5’4 and I have the medium. I use a adjustable metal buckle to shorten the chain. U can get them on eBay.

I bought small BA last week and just realised there were dents in the inner side of the flap. Is it normal? I haven’t used the bag at all. Went back to the store and the SA suggested me to go to the other store because they have 1 left. I went there and the bag is in very poor conditions. Can’t decide whether I should keep or ask for credit note. I really like the bag but with the price tag I’m expecting a good condition bag and very disappointed in how Chanel Sydney handled complaints, they were blaming me on how I store the bag. I kept it in their box obvs. Thoughts please? Thank you

That’s a big obvious dent! I would return and get a store credit. BA will come again.

I would return! It looks like it might have been stored improperly. I have three BAs in the medium size and none of them have a dent like that...the BA will likely return and you can get a new one:) Or shop the resale market, as they pop up often there as well...sorry this happened:(
