In addition, has anyone seen this bag in the boutiques recently? Is Chanel still making them? I am relatively new to luxury shopping so open to hear any tips and tricks to hunt for a specific bag like this one. I can't seem to find much options from the pre-loved market (i.e. TRR, Tradesy, Fashionphile, LePrix). I am also traveling next month and will have a 6-hour layover in Heathrow but not sure if this is something they would potentially carry since I heard that the Heathrow boutique doesn't carry at least the classics and the boy.

I am specifically looking for a medium (or small) pink/beige with silver (or light gold) hardware, with the quilting on the flap. If anyone has this specific combo, would you share the stock number? I could be open to other sizes or colors based on the information I gather from here. Thanks!!

I have the pink one I bought in London a year ago. Unfortunately they don’t give you the tags in Europe like they do in the US so i don’t have the product code. It’s super cute, fits about the same as a Rectangular Mini and full leather lined for the price was a positive. One drawback is that if I’m not careful, the bags tips forward so I have to remember to put the heavier items towards the back. I’m also attaching a gray croc one I almost bought before Chanel stopped selling exotics.

I never intended to buy a BA but when I casually dropped by Harrod's Chanel in July to look at picking up another reissue or potentially a trendy, this one took my eye.

I'm not exactly sure in terms of measurement.
But having tried it in person , both the small and medium , the small falls slightly above the hips, maybe like a SQ Mini.
The Medium falls nicely at the hip area, like a Rect Mini. ( Small looks better cross-bodied )
I'm about 5'6

I bought the small BA but returned to exchange for a medium because the back pocket as well as the front zip pocket couldn’t fit my iPhone XR on the small one. Medium is more practical but I have to say small looks better cross body. But I love the chain on the medium as it is the normal size whereas the chain on the small BA is thinner. I’m happy with what I have now(medium) but wouldn’t mind getting a small one if I found the right colour.

I am quite interested in getting a BA flap. What are your thoughts on the small size? Does the small hold a lot? Or should I go for a medium? I always have a wallet, small makeup kit and a phone with me and sometimes I need extra space for a few small things.

Also, when do you use your BA flaps?

I’m looking for BA too just waiting for right color, from experience of trying small and medium, you should go for a medium. Small is really have no space.

Also I think it’s a such a versatile bag because you can carry it differently, hand handle or shoulders or crossbody.

Medium is more practical and able to wear crossbody. Small is more like a cute shoulder bag.

I personally prefer the small, since I’m 5’0 and it’s more comfortable as a crossbody and I don’t like to carry too much. The medium is more practical, though, so if you want to bring a little more than just the essentials, the medium would be a better choice
