In NY, Madison Avenue (no RTW) whihc was most convenient to another apt., I was a weekday walk in, no crowds. SA told me there were weekend lines at other locations, but 57th st. flagship looked like no lines And also looked empty. Hermes Madison by appt only

I found the best and fastest way to do this is use the chat function on Chanel app and ask a rep to have someone from SCP reach out to schedule an appointment. I tried to schedule the apt online and there was never an appointment available. The rep asked for my cell and w/in one day I received a text setting up an appointment. When I scheduled my appointment only weekdays were available.
Thank you so much! I wasn’t able to get a hold of any one via online the past couple of days. They say that all associates are busy. Even right now when I tried through the app they said there was “no agents online” I’m hoping cause the time haha. But I am definitely going to try earlier tomorrow and hope I can get in some time this week. My bday is coming up and I’m trying to finally get a classic flap before the prices go up even more. Again, thank you!
I’m curious what the new protocols lately are too and if it’s still hard to just walk into the SCP Chanel without an appointment
I was talking via the Chanel app with an advisor and they said SCP is not taking appointments. That they are only doing walk ins but wait times can vary.
I chatted with them too and they did say you can shop while you wait and they’ll contact you when ready. Better than standing in lines at least!
if you have a SA you are working with,SA will make appointments for you. They don’t just make appointments for anyone.
In SF boutique, the SA said on Friday-Sunday, they implement by-appt only to avoid customers waiting in a long line. I was waiting for my appointment and saw walk-in customers were told to either leave their phone number and SA will call them when there’s any cancellations that day. Or customers could call in and set up a future apppointment. That sounds great system, but sucks for people who dont live in the city and just drop by.
Looks like this change might be recently. I know madison ave and SOHO had appointment system in place. I walked into madison ave early in the morning.
