Chanel Beige Clair Still Relevant?

Is the Chanel beige Clair still relevant? I feel like it’s being overshadowed recently by the white classic flaps and maybe going down the same route as the jumbo sized classic flaps.

anyone still have it on their wishlist?
if you have one do you still love yours or use it?
or anyone not interested in this colori at all

I recently bought one in beige. Love the white too, but scared it will get patchy and yellow. So the beige is a much safer choice. Especially when you don’t want to baby your bags. Also beige will always be a classic with Chanel.
You said it correctly, overshadowed RECENTLY, it’s a bit of a trend right now, but trends will come and go. Same for the sizes, I‘m not exactly young anymore and all the sizes have been the hype over the past two decades. So get what you love, regardless of it being the ‘it’ color or size.

I don't think it's going anywhere, agree it's a classic. I do have a beige Clair and it's my least used CF but I really do love the color

I think it is still absolutely relevant. I just bought it this month. As much as I do love white, I am scared of it eventually turning yellow, but I did buy a white coco handle and white pearl crush. I waited on reserve lists for a few months and searched high and low for this bag. Many of the boutiques have long waitlists for this bag, and say it is the one of the most popular combinations; it is still relevant. To me, it is classic Chanel, and it can be worn with dressy outfits or jeans and a tee. Here I am at the Chanel store the other day, trying another bag but I am carrying it. I love it, and it will be forever be a part of my permanent collection along with the black.

Yep, I think it is still pretty much relevant and a classic. I love it so much because it goes with lighter color clothes really well and more worry free than white bags. Here’s a picture of mine.

It’s chanel classic . To be honest , it’s the easiest beige color to match outfit. That’s probably the reason Chanel decide its a classic !
this color is not going anywhere imo . Will stick as longer as black .

I have been on a waitlist that's a mile long for a small caviar with GHW. Unless they're just not making it, which I doubt, I think its very much still in demand I've also seen several posts on the ISO thread. I don't think neutral color will ever not be in demand.

Yes!! I agree with @ItsPurseonal she is my least used CF (and least used bag), probably because she’s not suitable to go everywhere because of how elegant she is, but when I wear her I feel a billion dollars. She totally has my heart! I wouldn’t necessarily classify her as “relevant”, but more quintessential, classic, timeless, irreplaceable.
Here’s a pic of mine - sorry it’s a bit blurry - with lockdowns this year when looking for a pic of her I realised I hadn’t actually used her that much since I bought her, will have to change that!

I hate to be an outlier here, but I find BC to be yellowed, dated, and stuffy on young people. There are far better seasonal naturals, imo. This is simply my opinion, so don't come for me. While I'm unafraid of giving my opinion, I'd rather enjoy my Halloween Twix bars in peace.

It's gorgeous and relevant, and so is the jumbo. Don't really understand how a color or a size can not be relevant but a different color or a smaller size of the same exact classic bag can be.

It is very relevant. My sister has been on the hunt for one for 2-3 years and placed herself on a wait list for the jumbo beige clair w/ ghw with 3 SAs. I've asked multiple other SAs for her too. Between 3 of my sisters, we've been able to get any bag we wanted because we are purse addicts and shopaholics.

For some reason, couldn't get the beige clair until last week. a lovely tPF member helped me get the medium beige clair before the PI for her.
The wait list for beige clair is super long and on high demand.
