Hi everyone! Went to check out the grand opening as well. Waited about 40min- 1hr in line but as others have posted and mentioned, there’s mostly pinks and denims. Also checked out RTW since there was no line at the time lol. Is RTW a separate line from the bags? If I only want to see RTW/shoes, I don’t need to wait in the long line for first floor?

I think so but not entirely sure. I went up to RTW after checking out the first floor store and there was no line. When I went up to the entrance the fashion advisor was super friendly and nice and asked if I wanted to come inside and look around.

I wonder if the 23p small hobo bag in black is in stock I really love the style but it’s been so hard to find fingers crossed for tomorrow!
Hi, I saw 1 SA holding one while with a client. Not sure if it was being returned or purchased, but definitely none on display on the floor.

Yes! They were! They were all very welcoming to every client and apologized for the long wait. I really liked my SA who helped us and also in RTW! Super helpful!
That is nice to hear. Did you see a lot of SLGs or custom jewelry available? Definitely have to go check it out, but I don’t have time to queue 1-2hrs. Hopefully the hype will die down soon.

Yes, I saw they did have a lot of slgs when the drawers would get pulled out. Didn’t see all the costume jewelry but these were the earrings they had and some items were also on display. Hard to tell how the lines will be but since it’s the grand opening weekend, everyone wants to check it out lol. My FA said they didn’t expect the turnout from yesterday to be that busy. 4631DD9C-4BC2-42AC-94B5-F0A5B9CA03C3.jpeg9B15E676-8755-4F8F-A085-9243B16307CF.jpeg2E4BD172-2BA9-4AA5-8FD0-E56C4E43EA1E.jpeg

I stopped in to the clothing boutique today. They had a nice little selection from the current season only, unlike other locations which often have things from previous collections hiding the closets. The staff was very nice and offered champagne, sparkling water or still water.

Shoes are the same place they always were - in Salon Shoes on the first floor. Looked like lots there.

At the handbag and jewelry boutique there was a line both times I came by. Though it would have been nice to visit on opening weekend, I did not have a spare hour to wait in line, though the real reason for not waiting might have been due to having very recently purchased a little something from the Palo Alto store.

Same. I went just to check it out since it's been so highly anticipated :panic:, knowing full well I wasn't planning on purchasing anything since I had already splurged Jan and Feb for 23P. Willpower is a good thing!

I went in to look today bc I’m nosy and couldn’t resist checking out a brand new boutique.

When I entered the line, it was just past the sunglasses section. My total wait time was a little over an hour.

Many thanks to the person who posted there was lots of pink/denim. Almost everything displayed was pink/denim. I was pleasantly surprised to find that they had decent inventory with more expected to arrive in the next 2 weeks.

Also very cool that purchases also go under your Nordstrom history too. I was able to use double points today.

Btw, I just realized that my SA today didn’t activate the Chanel et moi warranty or have me enter any info in like in other boutiques. She did have my number/info though so I wonder if she’ll do it herself another day. Has anyone else purchased a bag here and didn’t get to enter their info in the system?
