Department stores that convert over to leased Chanel boutiques you will get two receipts one that will have the department store name Saks or Neiman's and the second receipt will have the Chanel name at the top of the receipt. With this conversion it will show up in the system like you purchased from a stand along boutique.This is excellent for someone who never had a purchase history at a stand alone boutique. At least with the department stores you can call into the store and be transferred over to a Chanel boutique and actually speak to someone. January 2021 a lot of Chanel departments in major retailers will be transferring over to leased if you don't hear from your favorite Sa call back into the store and contact that department. Leased dept are usually always excluded from major department stores promotions. Leased departments takes department store credit cards and gift cards, and you can apply points wich can be considered as cash.

There will be a change in return policies too. Sale items (RTW) cannot be returned. This means if you have an item shipped from another store, you own it. I like to try things on before I commit.

Are you in Philly? He's there most days. I can pm you the card he gave me as well - I just need to dig for it in my handbag box. I called the KOP Neiman Marcus and asked for the Chanel boutique - they connected me to them when I asked for a certain bag and the rest is history! They are super friendly and helpful there, particularly as I have only 2 Chanel bags and one pair of earrings to date.

Me too. But I learned final sale isn't always final sale especially if there's a defect/damage, even if you purchased in person maybe you didn't see xyz on item instore poor lighting etc....

Can I also get your SAs info? I am in South Jersey and have been trying to find an SA in the area. I know a lot of people go to Short Hills, NJ, but that is a hike compared to KOP for me.
