Now that you’ve seen the 25 in person do you think you would purchase it over the 22? Difficult question I know!

They're SO different! Especially given that my 22 is a mini and can be carried by hand or crossbody as well.
The 25 is more of a traditional shoulder tote to me, much more structured than the 22. The bottom and sides are structured but the caviar is so squooshy throughout the body, so it sort of melds into you some.
So I tried them both on and the small one is cute but I can't put it on the shoulder if you cinch the bag all the way. The medium is a perfect shoulder bag.
They need to make the strap of the small a tad longer to accommodate girls who are not model skinny lol. But great bag! At first I thought the medium might be too big shape wise but once you cinch it, it's very compact.

I have the 22 in Medium and the 25 in Medium. Personally, I will go for the 25. The 22 looks weird if you don't have enough stuff in it. The 25 looks completed whether you have stuff in it or not.

I think you will be able to get one in the next few weeks. It's not an easy price point like the 22
.
Picked up my small Chanel 25 today. The caviar is soft and it’s more lightweight that I expected. It’s a beautiful silhouette and so different from any of my other Chanels.

It doesn’t come with feet, unfortunately. And no pouch for the small size.
The medium might be a good fit - I'm 5'1" & feel the medium is a great size for me... and all my stuff 🤭
I agree! I’m 5’ 6” and the shoulder strap length was too short for me. I got my black medium yesterday. I was surprised how short the strap was on the small. I also like the the chain on the medium is thicker than the chain on the small. Plus it has a leather pad in the center of the strap with adds to the comfort and helps it not slide off my shoulder.
