Love mine. Love that it has the crossbody option. Love that I can twist the straps around my wrist and in my hand to make it look fashionable. Love that it can turn into a backpack. Love that I can just carry as a handle with the gold chain.

From what I remember I fit A4 paper I folded up (for work), lipstick, compact, mascara, eyeliner, chanel flap card holder, keys, phone, travel hair brush, Chanel rtw clothing tags I took off lol.
Let me start off by saying THIS VOIDS YOUR WARRANTY!!!!
That said, I got a 22 mini, and tried an insert, but that was weird and didn’t suit me. What I really wanted was a zipper, which after some investigation, seemed possible without ruining the whole bag. I consulted my SA who let me know that any mods void the warranty.
Well, I thought about it for a week, and went through with it. $6.50 from Amazon and 1 hr of hand sewing.
Voilà!
Here are some “investigation and test” pics:
Note that the lining is recessed, and I sewed the zipper to the top of it, so you lose a teeny bit of capacity.

I am confident this will make the bag infinitely more useful, esp when traveling!

As someone that is considering swapping the lining on a coat to a colour more to my liking, I'm loving seeing someone else that want's their stuff to work FOR THEM!
And I can totally see how you would feel better now with a zipper on it, I didn't even consider this model exactly because of how 'exposed' it feels

Love it! Hope Chanel come out with a zipper version but can’t beat the $6.50 and the creativity!
I bought these magnets online and just slot in at the opening by the side and Ta-dah, the bag can “close”
Can you carry it on your shoulder with the gold chain? (Similar to how the Small 22 is worn)
