That looks like a cigarette to me and look how close she's holding it to her son!!! I'm sorry, she disgusts me. I don't care how many issues you have going on, you should have enough sense not to hold a cigarette 2 inches from your kids head. Like you said, hopefully it's a pen, but doesn't look like it...
