I have Bianca size 37,5 and the fit very good (also have nude Bianca 140, but heel slippage - I hate it) I have Pigalle flame size 37 with litttle heel slippage, they are okay, but I want to buy 3 more Pigalle 120 and don´t know if I should go for 36,5. When You can go for size 38 in 120 is it 1 size down from your Bianca 140 size. I think I can do it.

You don't want any heel slippage. I don't have heel slippage in my 38.5 because if the little heel strap. The 38 if probably my size but its a ***** to break in. Also doesn't help that my left foot is a 38 and right 38.5. Ha
I have worn my flame Pigalles only 3 times and I think they could stretch more with more often wearing?? I have worn them today again and its the same feeling as worn them the first time. When do the begin with strech out? I´m afraid when I wear them the next 3 times they get more heel slippage.
But I absolutely want the rouge noir Pigalles now ( seen on you an I´m in love). I hate that there is no CL store in Germany where I can try on all styles...
I would think a few times for a few hours with the patent. I feel like the kid breaks in faster
