Sometimes "professionals" mess up time and time again. My dbf is kind enough to do some of the building so I can supervise--turns out perfect every time! Meanwhile we have received 3 different tempurpedic mattresses.. All except for the one we ordered! Oy

Yes!! I'm very picky about details. Better to do it myself. My cellar came out perfect. That's my pride and joy. 3! Why 3?

Well. I just don't like hiring someone to do something that I can learn. I won't do electric though. Lighting yes but not electrical jobs. I still need to tin tile the ceiling but I did the floor, built the racks, painted and refinished an old barrel into the table.

Wow! So beautifully done! You've got a great eye for design and then all the work you've put in to produce such a dazzling space! Love your homemade table! :drool:
