I was wondering if someone else experienced the same issue with e..bates. I made a few purchases on coach.com using the Rakuten website and had around $100 in cash back. I checked my account today and all Coach purchases are gone from my cash back page. I’m glad I made a screenshot of my cash back amount and orders a few days ago. I emailed to them so we will see that they will respond.

Currently having the same issue and I think @Syren is too.
 
I assumed I lost mine cause I made a partial return. Glad to know that that's not the case. Has anyone contacted Rakuten yet? I may now that I know it's not cause of my partial return.
 
Thank you guys for your responses. I emailed them. This is not the first time when my cash back disappears or they reduce the amount of cash back. Because of the previous issues I started taking screenshots
 
I never took screenshots but know I have over $200 missing. A few days ago I was just shy of $400 and now it's dipped below $150. Realllly hoping it fixes itself the next few days because opening up a case for each individual order will be so time consuming.

I’m not sure why they are asking me to submit my order confirmations. I think there is some sort of fraud. They remove cash back and if someone notices they ask for an order confirmation. If you don’t have it they just keep the money to themselves in addition to their percentage. Do you guys know how they get paid?

This is the reason I take a screenshot of every order with their pop up. I had to go through their help process for missing cashback for 3 orders yesterday. They applied it right away and said they were giving it to me even though Coach had not confirmed the orders. WTH? You had it on my list until a day ago then it disappeared. It is skeevy if they think they can do it and no one will notice or check up on them.
 
Oh gosh I never check my Eb@tes orders. I probably lost hundreds. I always use the cash back link but it's been quite a long time since I got notification of my "big fat check". I actually can't remember when that last notification was. Sigh it seems too tedious to go fish out all my emails!
I'm not good at this.. At all.
I never thought of taking screen shots either. :(
 
I just checked mine from Rakuten and my two orders from yesterday & day before are there but not the big purchases from a week before. Those were much bigger purchases.
 
I found time to fill out 4 of my 8 orders early this morning. They have been credited back to my account but the response was odd:

Thank you for your email. It appears that Coach disqualified this order.

Typically, a merchant will disqualify a purchase or a portion of a purchase for Cash Back if there are non-Rakuten coupons used, price matching, returns, exchanges, or cancellations on any part of the order.

As you feel this adjustment to your order is an error, I have added the Cash Back for this purchase back to your account.

No adjustments or returns occured and since when can you not use non-rakuten coupons?
