thank you, i guess 38.5 will be big for me then. that's the only size that's left I'm usually 7.5-8.

I agree with Kayapo97. I bought mine tts and for now they fit fine but blades being so high, I would not risk getting them in a bigger size. Hope you find another that fits you as they are worth buying

It's such a lovely shoe and I suspect it's rise in popularity is due to Victoria Beckham wearing hers out so much lately. I just bought a patent baby pink pair, and though I admire it's beauty, it is so much more painful to walk in than ANY of my Louboutins. So I have to sell them now. =( So sad to see it go.

Sorry to see you are getting rid of the beautiful pink blades. Were they really that much more painful that your louboutin? why do you think it was?
Accepted they are never going to be massively comfortable for walking a lot but they are so beautiful.

Usually with my Louboutin's if there is pain, it is located to one problem area (the ball of foot, the heel, the arch, toe pinch or something. With the Casadei's, I'm experiencing pain in the entirety of my foot: the ball, the arch, the heel. I could probably pad it up like crazy but there is still no guarantee it will be pain free. For me if I'm not, at least, able to wear shoes or walk around them for more than a few hours, they have to go. =(
