So, Cartier Boutique will not refuse customer's request to rhodiumize love bracelet (no diamond) ? Off course, with cost as nothing is free.
The reason I asked again is I believe they refuse this kind of request. Did anyone has 'actual' experience about this ?
When I was debating whether to get a second love or a juc, I asked if they could just rhodiumize the love. Cartier said no and the SA didn't recommend it as it could cause issues with warranties. That was in Italy. Maybe it's a country to country thing though.
I don't know why, just the ones with diamonds get rhodium. I don't like the patina of WG, looks like steel to me. I went to several boutiques and got mixed answers. One SA in Vegas told me it couldn't be done, it was a technical issue. I didn't believe that so I sent an email to Cartier.
They will definitely do it. for approx. $200 One page one, I put down the shipping instructions I got from Cartier. If needed, I can send you my emails from Cartier.

Seems to depend on where you are. When I was taking my non-diamond WG love ring to have a polish treatment in a European store, I also asked about rhodium plating just out of interest, and they said they don't do plating as it would be a change of their product range.
