Ouch--I just paid $550 for complete service on my 18k automatic Tank Francaise. I asked the service associate about the class action settlement but she did not seem to know anything about it. Oh well.

The class action suit was quite some time ago and they don't do anything for it now. In addition, $550 for servicing an automatic sounds about right today. About 5 years ago our automatic TF went in for service and it was about $450 for a complete service. I haven't had a Cartier serviced recently, but my automatic Rolex just came back from a complete service at Rolex in NY and it was $600.
