Cartier Travel Pouch

I wonder if it's also a matter of the store having the travel pouches in stock? My SA includes the appropriate travel pouch without my asking.

My S.A. gave me the bracelet pouch for my necklace, as it’s smaller and it’s easy just to wrap the necklace around the cushion.

Same here, they have given me a pouch for every purchase without asking. Last Christmas they gave me a pouch, chocolates, other sweets and mini perfumes. I’ll be back this Christmas

I never get one initially, because I don’t work with an SA, and order everything online. But I always call CS right after it’s delivered, and ask for one, and they always have sent me one along with a cleaning kit no problem.
