Cartier Small Love Coming Off/any issues with lock?

If you get the cuff, you must get it close to the wrist. That would also not match the sizing of your JUC unless you sell that one to get another one. I have the cuff but it is properly sized and has never fallen off.

I’ve had my small Love for about half a year now, and I’ve only had one incident where the screw randomly unlocked. I was washing my hands in the bathroom and drying them on a towel when my bracelet suddenly popped open. I honestly don’t know how that could’ve happened, but I was shocked.

It hasn’t happened again since then (luckily), but I find myself checking the screw groove at least once a day to make sure it hasn’t turned to the “open” position by accident.

I am pedantic here ... but that is not 100 % in total. One of mine - one of my SM pavées - opened even if it was properly closed ... luckily I did not lose it (guess how shocked I was) ... and I know of similar stories happening to others. Still these issues are not as frequent as with the REG loves but still they occur.

Nothing to be really concerned about ... but just know that these things happen even with the SM.
Unfortunately, it has happened to me with my small several times. Thankfully I didn't lose it, and for the most part, it stayed on my wrist, but was open. I know I've been locking it correctly after the first few times, I just need to take the time to send it into Cartier to fix it, because I know that it's been happening isn't right. For reference, I wear mine 24/7 and never take it off.

Thank you all for your replies. I'm even more confused now.
I love the look of the JUC bracelet next to the regular love, but I am very stressed about the possibility of losing it. I was hoping that small love would be safer. Cuff is probably not made for me, it is not comfortable for me. I have to choose one before the raises or quit altogether. Thank you very much for your help. I'll let you know in a week what I've decided.

Sorry to hear you feel more confused. :( If it helps at all, I really do love my small Love and despite that one incident that I had, I’ve been extremely happy with my bracelet. It’s really lovely.

It's not your fault! I just know I have to decide on one bracelet. I really like the look of regular love, but small love is also cute and statistically safer. However, when you spełni so much money, you want to be sure that it's the one and you'll be happy with it. The prices before a raise are very high for me, but I sold my Chanel handbag and decided to buy something now or never. I was scared by the stories of people who lost their loves. I wanted to make sure what are the opinions about the lock in sm love. There is a possibility that I will leave the boutique with a necklace :)

omg that's scary what you're saying:sad: In my country you cannot insure jewelery against loss. I dream of regular love, but I don't know if it wouldn't be too much stress for me. I would check the screws all the time.
I have both regular and small love which I wear daily. I feel the small is very secure. When I take it off, even after I open the screw it’s not that easy to take it off, there is a hinge mechanism that keeps it a little bit open. So even if it opens it kind of stays on the hand and you would notice it as it scratches. And i never had my screw turn even 1 mm, So I guess it’s pretty secure. I heard some reports about regular love, but nothing in this world can be 100% secure

Tbh I would be too nervous taking it on and off daily. I had some issues with it falling off a while ago, and I feel (so far, knock on wood) that it's in a good spot now, so I wouldn't want to take the chance of removing it on and off everyday. Have you thought about getting the cuff? This way you could take it on and off everyday without feeling as though there would be an issue.
Oh yikes. Do you still have issues with the small love falling off? This is making me nervous about purchasing.
