Despite Paris being full of people Cartier stores were shockingly empty - e.g. Cappucines or Rue de la Paix. Not a good sign business wise. Same for Hermès, no line at the Saint-Honoré store. Could just walk in .... didn't happen to me for years.
Thank you for posting this, I'm heading to Paris 1st week of June & made online appt at Cartier Rue de la paix as I want to get the Small Clash in YG for my big 50 bday & this will mark the end of my luxe journey. I was thinking if it might be crowded n we might not have a great in store experience, selfishly your post made me happy 😀 . I reckon most people are just done with luxe items n its ever increasing prices.

Hi there! Good luck shopping in Paris. I met a really nice SA there if you needed her contact details. Regarding additional discount or cashback, I can't comment on it as I've only been a visitor in France but places like Printemps and Galleries Lafayette will ought to have them.
However, tax back % is better when purchased from Flagship store rather than a mall like Galleries Lafayette. keep in mind it'll still not be the full amount rather a 12% only, not the full 20% VAT.
Feel free to correct me anyone. Also, Try to reserve the item in advance to avoid disappointment as we are approaching Christmas season and popular products may be scarce.
Thanks and good luck.
Hi there! I’m visiting Paris next week and looking to purchase the clash huggies but I’m worried as they are still out of stock online. I’d love to get your SA contact please if you don’t mind so I can check stock before going. Thanks xx
