I’m new here, but I joined to read about Cartier trinity rings. I’m really enjoying this forum.
I hinted to my husband late last year that one would make a great 30th anniversary gift and today (a few months early) he gave me this!
Never did I think I would own such an iconic piece. It’s the small version which I can wear alone or with my solitaire.
I’m so happy!

I've been buying Cartier for almost 20 years now and started with small items when I first began work. Most items in my collection I bought for myself except the following items to mark certain milestones
Panthere watch two tone
Gift at 21 from my parents
Trinity ring classic
Gift from DH when DS was born, each ring has one of our names engraved on the inside and the three represent our family. Worn in place of E- ring and wedding band set to avoid scratching him as a baby.
Juste un Clou bracelet first release WG
Anniversary gift from DH which he purchased on work trip to Geneva
Bespoke Pink Quartz Ruby YG brooch
Purchased at auction by my Mom and later gifted to me
Diamond Platinum Eternity ring
Added to my E ring + wedding band set for a wedding anniversary
Trinity ring pinky size
Gift from DH to mark DS' 16th Birthday and Valentine's Day
Panthere Massai bangle
Anniversary gift from DH to match the ring I already own
All precious sentimental pieces which I treasure and hope to add to in the future. I really love reading all the posts here too, thanks for sharing.
16 years after the birth of my son, DH has gifted me another Trinity, this time to wear on my right hand pinky finger.

First time I see a trinity on pinky and I never knew this ring actually looks cute. Congrats on the milestone.
Thank you. Actually legend has it that Louis Cartier created the very first Trinity ring for his friend, the French poet Jean Cocteau, who used to wear 2 rings at once on his pinky finger. That's where I got the idea for my second ring. And my third Trinity ring should be a LM model for my middle finger. ;)

Congratulations, on your anniversary and your beautiful ring!!!

I don't think that Trinity (one of Cartier's oldest-but-modern designs) is celebrated enough.

We are twins BTW, I have 2 x Smalls (one tri-gold like yours, another ltd ed) 1 Classic size (not classic colour) and an LM, and I hardly ever take mine off, they go with everything.

I think Diana, Princess of Wales had and wore 2 as well (need to double-check).

BTW, 2 were made for Cocteau, but he actually designed one for him and the other for his partner who sadly died, he wore the two in commemoration. They are part of gay history, it's a shame that Cartier doesn't make more of that fact IMO.

Yves Saint-Laurent was another Trinity wearer.

When I was in the Cartier boutique last week, trying in and ultimately buying a Clash ring, the SA noticed my trinity ring on my pinky finger and he pulled out his cell phone to show me a picture of Jean Cocteau wearing two trinity rings on his pinky. I tried wearing both of mine on my pinky, but my fingers are so tiny that it doesn’t really work on me.

I enjoyed reading all the stories. My husband bought me the four diamond white gold love bracelet to mark my 40th birthday, where each diamond represented a decade of my life. And, I gifted myself a yellow gold love on the occasion of being promoted to full Professor. My both loves have personal engraving and needless to say, they are one of my most special pieces of jewelry.

For your other trinitys, which finger are they for? I feel like I usually see middle, ring, and now pinky fingers. Sometimes index but definitely not thumb.
