If they still had the 6 diamond one, I'd probably get that one - it's a perfect balance of diamonds while still keeping the motif, but this one will still do

I need help. I’m about to buy a pink gold love. I have the yellow already but don’t plan to stack as I’ll be giving the yellow to my daughter. The pink gold suits my skin tone so much better and my Rolex is everose so I’d like to match up.
So do I go for the 4 diamonds or plain? I know it seems like an obvious choice but I’m genuinely torn!
