Thanks for the pics!I've just checked, and the furthest it can move up my arm (toward my elbow) is approx 1inch from my wrist bone. This is after I have removed my baby trinity which normally stops it moving toward my elbow at all!

That said, a lot of people do like to wear them looser more like a bangle, it just depends which you prefer!
I was expecting my bracelet to look the way it looks on you so I think I'll definitely check the cuff out.
It didn't occur to me to call them as I thought that 16 was the smallest size.
I've been wearing the bracelet for a week or so now and it's accumulated some light scratches so if wouldn't be returning it now. The look has grown on me I'd have to say!
Honestly, both of mine are big on me too, but it's a preferences of mine. I don't like things tight on me, feels like I can't breathe.

I personally (and sadly) agree with you that it is too big. I'm sure you have contacted them to see if you could send it in for the correct size? It just seems that they should be willing to help someone who is buying their merchandise.
I'm having the same dilemma. My wrist size is 15 cm. I tried both the 16 & 17.
I liked the look of 16, but it felt a little snug and the screws left indentation marks on my skin.
But the 17 had a lot of movements and could kind of turn on my wrist.
The SA recommended 17, but I just didn't like the look as much.
I wish there was a 16.5 :-/

I was in the same boat between a 16 and a 17. I went with the 16 and over a year later am glad. I have a 14.5cm wrist exactly and I find the 16 to be perfect, although when I am hot the size is pushing it - the 17 would have been much too big in the long run. The snug fit keeps it out of the way and less noticeable with every day wear.
However, if your wrist is larger than 14.5cm I would consider going with the 17 since as I said, it becomes on the verge of uncomfortable when I am very warm.

Kiki, my wrists are 12.5cm (left) and almost 13cm (right). I had to purchase the 16, bought three Loves in fact, a plain YG one, a pave with ceramic and a thin RG.
They fit like yours. I keep thinking that perhaps I should wait for the 15 in the full Love (there are rumours, lol). But I do tend to like my bracelets and bangles to fit loose. When they are stacked, they feel a lot less loose. I think that perhaps a 15, on 24/7, would be too restrictive.
