Cartier JUC bracelet or Bulgari Serpenti Viper bracelet?

Hi all,

I am having trouble deciding between the Cartier JUC or the Bulgari Serpenti Viper bracelet. I have a Cartier Love bracelet and no Bulgari piece yet.

I'm looking for a timeless piece. I think the Serpenti will be timeless but it's newly released so not sure if this will be around for a while, and I wonder if the JUC is too common.

Serpenti has been around for over 70 years (was created in '40s) and is the signature design for Bvlgari, it is just as classic as the Panthère collection for Cartier. Juste un Clou and Love came much later (both in the 1970s). There is no comparison between the two. Serpenti is timeless, Juste un Clou is a much modern design. I will choose Serpenti in a heartbeat.

I also don’t think the two can be compared.
The JUC is edgy and modern to me while the Serpenti is more classic and elegant again in my opinion. Depends on your style and what you’re going for.

Difficult one. Both are STUNNING.
In my opinion the serpenti is more unique and less common Than juste un clou. But this last one it’s one of my favorite bracelet too.

Agree that both are stunning and classic. You cannot go wrong. For me it would come down to comfort, and price per wear. I tried on the Serpenti Viper this past weekend and found it very comfortable. I wanted it in white gold but they don‘t (yet) make it with the demi-pave, just the full-pave so didn’t buy but that full-pave is on my mind still. The pic of the Love and JUC combo on you looks great. I have seen mod shots of the Serpenti and Love together and they are a beautiful combo as well. I own the small JUC with diamonds and wear it daily and find it comfortable, but the regular JUC has more heft so while I cannot speak to its comfort for daily wear, many others here can. Please post pictures when you make your beautiful decision.

Thanks, yes the Serpenti range has been around for a while! I didn't make it clear I meant whether this particular bracelet will stay around for long as it was released this year.

I guess the design of it is like the other Serpenti pieces so it does have that classic Serpenti look to it!

The Serpenti is nice but I also love the JUC (I own the regular YG JUC).

Are you planning to stack the piece you buy with your LOVE and wear it everyday OR will it be an occasional piece? Or worn solo?

I think you should go with the piece that makes your heart sing more but if you are still on the fence, maybe look at some other brands too (eg. Chaumet Bee My Love or VCA Signature Perlee - I love these two and if I had the funds, I’d buy them both )

Hi everyone. I'm sorry, but what do you guys think about Bvlgari B.zero 1 rock bracelet with diamonds ?

As for the topic, I would go with the Serpenti. For my taste JUC without diamonds in regular size looks too muscular. However both bracelets are stunning.

The Serpenti looks like a standalone piece. Makes a statement. I voted for JUC before looking at pics. I would choose the Serpenti if you love it more. What does your heart say?

Oooh...tough one! I love both, but since you already have a Love, there's nothing like that double Cartier stack...then get the Bvlgari later for the other wrist ;D

I voted JUC, since I love the JUC (& I don't like snakes). But ultimately it's what makes you happy. It doesn't matter which one is newer/older, more common/less common, etc. You'll be the one wearing it and looking at it. What does your gut (or heart) say? When you look at them, which one makes you happier? That's the one you should pick.

I vote for serpenti as it has diamonds. But if you have enough budget to buy JUC with diamonds, I’d go with JUC!
Also heard that cartier has better quality than bulgari

Live your best life and wear the Bulgari normally every day I’ve seen Chiara Ferragni wear it with casual outfits and it looks amazing. I want the bracelet but would need to save forever because redoing my entire patio area comes first
