Definitely get the Rolex. It’s timeless. Like what everyone said, it takes a minute or 2 to set the watch. I have 4 and 3 are on a winder. I can’t leave the house without a watch on. Good to have a phone but it’s takes a second to glance at ur wrist to check for time. 2 were passed down and 2 purchased for special milestone (50th bday and 25th anniversary) And all 4 holds its value.

I'm voting Rolex all the way! (Though I may be biased: my daily wear is a two-tone 28mm white faced Datejust). Totally busted my jewellery budget, but I do LOVE it!
