I went to collect my Keepall from the London Bond Street store two days ago but it had a flaw so had to be returned. Service in this store was not good, pretty shambolic actually and I was told I have to wait about two weeks for the credit to appear on my account. Anyway yesterday I tracked one down at another London Louis Vuitton and was delighted that it was perfect. Service at this store was excellent and I also bought two other LV items. However I think I was a bit too happy to find the bag because when I got back my hotel later that night and took it out of the box I realised there was no padlock! Now I have to leave a message with the store because this one is closed on Saturdays and I'm going home
.....Will they send me the padlock do you think? It must still be in the store. I can't believe I didn't notice this. It was the one at Royal Exchange and the staff were lovely.

Even drop by your local store and tell them about it. They will likely give you one.
