I have spoken up before, as I have two CH bags, and would love to have the ability to shop in a CH store. It is very difficult, as others have said, to first, find the name of a bag, second, get the dimensions, and last, most important, the price! I was very interested in a new bag in early spring, called multiple stores( if it is shown on line, shouldn't a store have info??) and got nowhere. I purchased two bags from other designers, then very recently received a call from New York. They had the bag. Well, it was too late for me. So sad, isn't it?
Please, at least give us more info on the web site!! Also, I wish someone could post some bags from their outlet. How great would that be!
I really do feel the quality is great, prices are lower than other designers, and I am very attracted to so many of their(her) bags.

I'm resurrecting this thread, as I will be in Barcelona in a few weeks, and am very excited to visit one of the CH stores. I had to reread the entire thread... I must say, the Carolina Herrera website is much improved--at least the names of the bags are listed. No prices, though.
I am hoping now, that some others have purchased her bags, and can chime in with some pics!

I still haven't :crybaby: I tried on a matryoska at the outlet, and I wasn't pleased with the leather :( But I've taken that as an outlet outlier! I haven't had a chance to go to a full retail store yet, so I'm still very much looking forward to hearing about your trip! :flowers:

I did see a small Matroyoshka on Instagram today with the CH in various colors on a white background. It is sort of tugging at me. It's the locked--don't know how easy it would be to use.
Hopefully I will have plenty of bags to see in the store. Oddly enough, there are no other brands I really want to see when I'm in Barcelona. Since I don't have any designer boutiques near me, this is an opportunity.
I would not mind a CH scarf or cardholder either.....

They have lots of designs, barbee.
The Matrioshka is very easy to use, Mine isn't the locked one.

I am back from four days in Barcelona, and oddly enough, I did not want to visit any designer stores EXCEPT Carolina Herrera. Surprisingly, I did not buy the bag I had my eye on. I was attracted to the 24/7 collection, specifically the Logo 5 o'clock. I gave it a day to mull over, went back and realized it was the one. It is a casual bag, with both a handle and cross body strap, a definite need for me, as my shoulder, despite recent surgery, is not liking shoulder bags. So, here it is!

And, I found espadrilles in my size on sale!

Great choices! What did you think of the store and the service? Did you go upstairs to see the clothes?

It was a sweet store, but actually, I thought it would be much larger. Service was great! I did go upstairs, but was quite afraid to eye the clothes, as I know the prices were way beyond me. When I saw the espadrilles on sale, and within my budget, and my size, I had to have them. I loved seeing all the various bags, and would have LOVED to look at the scarves, but had just purchased one days earlier in France, so did not want to push my luck with my husband.
I did see a simple white T shirt with some CH insignia(can't remember) which would have been nice in my life, had it been cheaper.
The extra plus of the Carolina Herrera store in Barcelona was the VAT store was about a block away. So we got our cash back right after the purchase. Then the credit cards were placed back in the hotel safe, as we had been warned Barcelona is notorious for pick pockets.
I will say it again: I think CH bags are way under rated!
