Caro small in gray or cloud blue?

No I am actually not unhappy ! I was really happy, but when i saw the tag it made me confused. It does says M41G .. i am just confused about the 41GU. But i can see that my lady dior in black says 900U and under it says 900 noir. I really should not worry about these tags but its just me wanting to know everything.

Buuut i just saw that the hardware is a little bit cloudy/micro scratch.. and there is this dent on the side. Is that normal? What do you think?

I just realized that my caro has the macrocannage pattern, and is calfskin, so maybe there is a slight difference in color? When you look closely at my bag, there’s a definite textural difference. Is your lambskin or calfskin? I personally wouldn’t be too concerned with the color code on the tag, as long as you’re happy with the bag itself. If you dislike the color, and were hoping for a different shade of grey, that’s a whole different story!

As far as the hardware/dent issues go, I actually think your bag looks great, but as the customer, you should be 100% happy. Don’t let anyone tell you otherwise, because if these things bother you now, they‘ll most likely bother you down the road. I’ve said it so many times on this forum, but we spend A LOT of $$$ on these items, and I don’t think
we should have to settle.

ETA - attaching a larger pic of my caro so that you can see that the texture is different. The texture of your Caro looks like my LD, so I wonder if your bag is Lambskin...

I am defitnitly not unhappy with the color And yes you are right, i should not care that much about the tags. It says mine is also calfskin and the interior is lambskin. Yours looks very smooth actually.

Hmmm..just saw that yours is calfskin. I guess the texture on the macrocannage is just different, then.
Regardless, I think your caro is beautiful, and the color looks very similar to mine (again, so hard to really compare with pictures), but you have to go with what makes you happy.

And I totally stand by the fact that the Dior website doesn‘t do a great job of conveying actual colors. The color of your caro, in your photographs, is SO much prettier than the color on their website.

Just found the tag for my bag, and it also says 41GU. M41G grey stone.

Hope that makes you feel a little better, and that you’re enjoying your gorgeous Caro!
