Care & maintenance of Celine Triomphe bag

I still haven’t taken it in the stains are still there. I did speak with a rep from the Celine store at Yorkdale (Toronto) on the phone and she advised she could send it into repair but it would take SIX months 😭. I thought that was too long and honestly have trust issues lol.

That is very long but i am sure your bag will come back all new. I actually have some liquid stain on the outside on my mini luggage.

The bronze is beautiful but I regret not getting the black now after it’s stained! Lol

I just bought the bronze today in Italy and I loved it. What exactly is staining your bag ? In the store they told me this bag is sturdy and not to worry about being so careful with it like the cognac color
