I know variations of this question have been asked before - but which one is better for keys specifically? I plan on attaching my car keys and leaving them there. Does the cles hang down too long while driving if you keep the car key attached? And for the key holder, is it possible to keep the car key attached to the key holder while driving?

I'm torn! I love the cles for its versatility but I'm not sure it's the best option for keys specifically. Do people who have both find both useful? Thx :)

I only have cles so I can only share my cles experience with u. I LOVE cles so much, I have 9 right now. Is so versatile.

With my car key inside my Mono cles, I can still put some money and coins plus my ID and driving license. So for quick errand, cles is all I need.

Another DE cles I use to put my house keys (3 keys inside), so for that particular cles I don't put anything else inside.

I use my multicolor cles when traveling because of its extra slot pocket behind. Very handy and secure imo. A little bit cash inside....ID & my airline boarding pass tucked inside the back pocket so that it's easy for me to take out every time they are needed.

For day to day usage, I take car key cles, my Mono cles for house keys, my idyle cles as coin purse, my DA cles for my business card. My other 5 cles I use as bag charms. They are all in different print and color to match my bags.

So if u like something that u can use for multi purpose, I suggest cles. If u do find better key holder in future, your cles can still be functional.

Pardon my poor English! Lol [emoji23] Hope u do understand what I'm trying to tell u.

Oh. I have another cles for another house, I managed to put 5 keys inside. My friend managed to put 6.

P/S: Cles in Treated canvas like Mono, Damier Ebene or Azur and Idylle material can hold more keys compared to Epi, Multi color and vernis. So u might want to consider that aspect.

Thanks! And do you leave the key on the cles while driving? Does it hang too low?

It doesn't hang too low, at least for me.
I just like cles because I find them very secure. I can hang inside my bags, and with the length of its chain, I attach it to my belt loop while the cles stays inside my jean's pocket. So secure lol

I have both, a monogram cles and a vernis 4 key holder. I use them both, the cles for my car key (its too long to fit in a key holder) and the vernis key holder for my house and work keys. I usually only have my car key in the cles and I do not find it to be too heavy or have any issues with the length of the chain when driving. I sometimes run errands with just the cles and can fit my license, a credit card and some cash in there and do not find it to be too heavy to where I would worry about my ignition. Quite honestly out of the two, I prefer my monogram cles.

I use Pochette Cles for my car key and change, and use a Prada 6 key holder for house keys. My car key fob is thick and long, and it distorts the shape of key holders, when i put my house keys together with my car key to Pochette Cles, it bulges from the sides and the zipper becomes wavy.

I would get the 6 key. I have both and find the cles to hang too low. When inside my bag, I am afraid that the chain will snap when trying to get it out when it's at the bottom. I love my 6 key. It fits perfectly in your hand and I carry my license in the inside slit. Unfortunately since I got the 6 key, my cles has just been sitting around until I decided to use it for my coins. That's an expensive coin holder! Lol

I used the cles for a few days and it didn't work for me. Then I quickly bought the 4 Keyholder .
Now I love it, but I have both my car and garage key permenately out the top and the rest inside.

Thanks all! That is helpful. Does anyone use the cles just as a keychain (ie attaching all the keys outside and using the pouch for other things like cards)?

This is exactly how I use my cles. I LOVE it!!! I don't find it too long or too heavy. It's perfect for a few cards, id, and a few bills.
