I'm glad you saw that new mff men's tote. I was starting to think I dreamed them up because I went to the larger outlet in my area and they didn't have them. I think you're right about the Black Cherry. The color was really nice.

I saw the Rip and Repair totes and the only requirement they don't meet is that they don't zip across the top. Since I fly to work every week and have to put my bag under the seat in front of me, I'm always concerned that my wallet or cell phone will slide out if we have a hard landing so I always buy totes that have zip closures. It looks like a very nice tote, though.

Yeah, i need some sort of security and a cross odd strap. The rip and repair doesn't have that either.it also does r have any addition pockets aside from the one in the front of the tote

Have you considered the Borough Bag from last year? I use one for school and have found it works well to haul all my things around. It's somewhat heavy when fully loaded up but I carry a lot of hardware like harddrives, books, and large batteries. I often see women at my university using totes as an alternative to backpacks or messenger bags.

Which one do you have? I have 2 boroughs, but I would have to use the large one and I've looked everywhere and no one has them anymore

I use the medium size and it does the job for me. The large size seems to show up from time to time on the outlet sales though I can't imagine there would be a great many left.

As a guy who has carried the metro for 2 months straight go with a larger men's tote. It seems like it holds alot but once you've gotten things in the pockets or have used the center compartment it fills up really quick. The 2 outside pockets have no gussets so don't try to fill them with anything thicker than a pack of gum or you'll have a lumpy bag
