Which other designer handbags and purses are worth owning FOR HER? Chanel, Hermes, Fendi, Louis Vuitton, Prada, Bottega Veneta, Balenciaga, Chloe, Christian Dior. Should Cartier and Bulgari be in their collection?

There are several vintage Bulgari minaudieres with interchangeable tassels that are very "special"
along with a special price tag.
Elsa Peretti minaudieres from Tiffany are in the shape of a bean with a lacquer technique
done in Japan available in several colors. Hard to put anything in it, but nonetheless very chic
Tiffany had several designers including Schlumberger that also offered beautiful evening bags
A vintage Cartier bag ( unique silk patterns, suede, alligator with elaborate frames) are also quite collectible.
Fendi did a limited series of wood minaudieres also with tassels by an Italian artisan. Unique, but
one has to like wood.

Oh, lol. This explains a lot. This depends on the girl and if she's looking for an everyday bag or something to wear to a formal dinner. I feel that flap bags are the most versatile: LV Wave, YSL Loulou, Chanel Classic Flap.

I think it’s really for the individual woman to decide what bag she prefers rather than for you to decide.

You seem to adhere to an “everyone who is stylish” must like or do the same thing when really it’s the opposite. Having true style means carefully selecting pieces and items that reflect your personhood and spirit - not following the crowd or trends.

Tiffany makes handbags though I wasn't impressed by the leather when I looked at them a few years ago. Perhaps their leather has improved
