Definitely none of them as an investment.....just something I was looking at. No negotiation on the ring, its at the jewelers. For reference here is a picture of my watces, hence why i was drawn to the darker MOP.

Watch looks nicer with black dial. Ring is beautiful and fun looking. I usually reason my purchase by deciding if its price is worth it for how much use it will get. If I don't own too many expensive ones, I would splurge. But it doesn't seem like a ring for daily wear, I kind of bang my hands everywhere & I wouldn't want to drop $2000 for a ring I would only wear occasionally. But everyone is different, I say if you can afford it & you love it then buy it & enjoy. Nice things really do make if feel happy!

Which one makes you happy, instinctively? I think you have a lot of nice watches already, and these watches aren't significantly different. I prefer lighter faces over dark faces in general, even if the darker faced version of this watch is nicer (because more contrast). On another note, I usually don't like having diamonds as the time marker... Personal preference.

The ring has a really fun, playful silhouette which recalls both VCA and Murakami flowers. The photo quality is a bit low so I can't say for sure, but zooming in it does look a little cheap up close. Maybe because it's too evenly shaped and flat, with none of the organic curves VCA might have? It'd be a nice fun ring for under $1200 perhaps. At 2k+ I think you have many more options.

Take your time! Shop around more.
