Can I wear this as a RHR?

Thank you all so much for your input. I appreciate it. I think I felt like I was wearing 2 engagement rings.. Which I guess I am, but who cares. The more I look at the ring my dad gave me, the more I think it is truly a beautiful ring. It really is an intricate design with 70 diamonds in the setting. I'm going to take it to my jeweler this week to have resized from a 7 down to 5.5. I hope that won't be a problem.
I always wanted a RHR, but after DH reset my E ring and band last yr, I knew the RHR would have to be down the road a bit.. Not anymore!

Me again. :p So pretty. looks like your dad put a lot of thought into it. Definitely wear it. Its a very 'tall' ring though, does it catch or snag on stuff? Such a nice sentiment to pass it on to your kids. I've wondered about my mom's but already know I'm third in line. :p

Thank you. It was custom made. It is very high set.. So far, I haven't had any problems with knocking it or hitting it into anything. Now that you mention it, my mom has a 1ct marquis solitaire that she doesn't wear as my parents are divorced.. I should drop some hints about it ;) although I don't think I could ever wear it as it has bad mojo.. Lol
