I have a cushion cut pink sapphire with 2 half-moon diamonds. I still haven't bought my wedding band. It is very hard to find anything that will sit flush with this ring. I already told DF I will reset the ring after we're married (I always wanted a halo).
But otherwise, I ended up buying a random vintage style small round with detailing when I meant to buy a wedding band! I can post pictures when it comes. But I really love the vintage style and may just worry about the wedding band stuff later. I really have my heart set on certain Tacori styles and am not willing to pay Tacori prices now.
