Can I make Elux item exchange at LV boutiques?

You can take an elux purchase to the boutique. I had to do that with my Speedy b/c there was a seam tear. They exchanged it without question.

That is good to know thanks! Do you think some boutiques are more willing to do this than others or are they all supposed to do it?

This is good to know. Maybe it's up to the store/SAs too? I know that when I went to pick up my box (cause they forgot to send me one when they shipped it to me), they requested a copy of my receipt of the purchase I made at the store.
