Can anyone ID Ashley Tisdale's Tunic/Dress?

I was at Urban Outfitters yesterday and they had a dress/tunic that looked just like this. Not exact, but I am wearing it now and can't really see that much of a difference.
The lady that worked there said they had it in white and blue. I can't find it on the website ...but it is at their store.

Ashely is wearing a slip under hers. IMO, if you're going to wear it as a dress - you'll need one. It's too sheer & too short to be worn without it. (See Vanessa pics below. She wears shorts with hers). I think it runs true to size.
