Calling Pourpre owners + who saw it !

Ok ladies. Today I went to NM in SF to take a close look at the pourpre. I saw a city with RH, GSH and a work with RH.
Here is what I see. Please note that I occasionally attend print runs of packaging and advertising materials to approve colors, so I work with subtle color neuances all time.
To me this pourpre color looks as light pomegranate shell. In other words it is NOT red but a light burgandy with lots and lots of pink in it. In other words it is more pink than red. The color is very intense, cathes your eye right away and is absolutely stunning. not a fan of it with GSH though, but it is just my personal preference. While I was looking another lady came by and said: what a lovely red. I asked if she thinks it looks red, she said "why of course!". WELL - not sure how it helps you, but I guess you will see in this color what you want to see - if you really want to see red you probably will, but it is NOT. Hope I did not confuse the matters even more....

My sister got one today. I love this color. I was supposed to get it but she saw it first so i let her get the pourpre. It's distressed but even in all parts. this is my favorite shade of red to date.

I personally love the color, i think the photos taken so far, does not show the true color of pourpre (even my photos) because the photos loses that pink-fushia undertone which makes the red a very delicious kind of red. I personally love it and its not to bright to go with a dull outfit, yet gorgeous on any outfit basically.

I had a pourpre day and while it was beautiful it reminded me a lot of a burgundy wine color such as the old aigner bags!

This is a great description! I am also not a fan of pourpre with SGH. Pink is definitely more primary than red, but it's not a barbie doll pink which adds to it's beauty all the more! While I prefer a darker shade of burgundy red, pourpre is really great. I would own it if I didn't already have ruby and will be purchasing sang.

The Balenciaga boutique in London had a pourpre GGH part time on display last weekend. I also got one there in October. It's a stunning bag! Good luck...hope you find it.

Personally, I prefer GGH on pourpre but some people feel gold hardware takes from the bag when pourpre is already such a striking colour. GSH is lovely too. It's really a matter of choice. It's obviously easier if you see both in real and compare them but I don't think you can go wrong with either one.

Here's mine. Pourpre RH City.. Colour is quite true

The colour is really nice and I feel that this shade is easy on most colours and skin tone.

I have a pourpre gsh money wallet and I love it. I am surprised it is not more popular. Although I only have it in a money wallet it is a very wearable red, not too bright or blingy. I think the best description is berry toned. I think it looks great with gsh or ggh because its not a fire engine, orange toned red, the gh works well.

I prefer GGH over GSH！ Ive seen it with GSH, and i think it made pourpre look less vibrant and beautiful.
