LV pulled up camera footage to confirm the pouch was not packged with my order. Due to limited supply an exchange is not possible. So Ive purchased another one and will return the Duo. There are 11 left in US.

More crappy LV service still pending order validation. My last order shipped right away from Plano West store. Cant wait to see what store sat on my order. Longchamp bends over backwards for you, LV just bends you over.
@MeepMeep67 - absolutely unf***ingbelievable!! It looks marvelous, but truncated without the other pouch. Unbelievable!!! What does quality control even mean anymore? Yes indeed. You describe the lack of service very well - especially the last sentence! I laughed right out loud at that one!! I really hate this for you, and now it’s the weekend so who knows. Fingers crossed the next one is picture perfect and this whole sordid mess is behind you. Yikes.
