Calling all Balenciaga Day Bag Owners-Does the Strap stay on your shouler?

The strap stays on. Slipping straps are one of my biggest peeves, and in my experience, the day is the only Bal style where the straps stay on my shoulder w/o slipping.

It really depends on your shoulder type. The Day used to stay on my shoulder, and used to be my all-time favorite style.

But as time went, I realized that I'd been getting back issues since the Day kept slipping off if I didn't tilt my body to keep it on.

So for me, no. It does't stay on my shoulder very well. I've found that the flat shoulder straps (like on the RH Besace and 2002 Flat Belted Hobo) stay on much better cause they are flat, and not rounded like the Day's strap.

I agree...but it's really weird for me. Some days it'll stay on without slipping off but other days, it won't stay on. Luckily it stays on most of the time!

it totally stays on for me! and if my bag is rather empty & lightweight, i barely feel it there.

it's incredibly comfy to carry! since it's just the one strap, and the drop is larger than other bags (like the city) it stays on perfectly.

It depends on what I am wearing! In the winter, with a heavy coat, it won't stay. But that goes for all shoulder bags anyway. It does have more "staying power" than all my other hobos or shoulder bags.

single strap is the best! Day bag sits comfortably even with a netbook & 6 Fuji's apples in it. Nearly 2kgs!
