I've got one!! 
Ordered bracelet for the birth of my daughter in February and it arrived this week. It's slightly smaller than I imagined but dead cute. Sorry no photos at the moment though...
Quality really good [I bought the silver one with a red plether thong so can be worn round the neck or on the wrist].
Communication with the seller really good as well and sent Fed-Ex so able to track it's whereabouts at every stage. Am actually thinking of getting a second one with a different coloured sapphire - perhaps of my wedding date [August] as will be married 10 years next year so would be something different for that...now to steer DH to their website and drop HEAVY HINTS..
