I got the Rose gold 3 row version 2 months ago and I really like it. It looks the best on the middle finger and I don't find it uncomfortable at all. I would recommend buying it in 1-2 size bigger than your normal ring size as it is quite wide. The only thing the SA mentioned was that take it off when you put hand cream on as the rows are springs like and excess hand cream could get stuck in between the rows and it will be a bit difficult to get it cleaned.

I have the black enamel and rose gold version of this ring.
I have only had it three days but am finding that everything is catching between the enamel and gold (its then stuck and i have to tug really hard to get it out, strings, hair act).
I took it into the store and she said that was normal but i feel as though this shouldn't be happening
can any other owners advise

Sadly, I had also very bad experience with my Bulgaria B.ZERO1 ring ( 4-band full diamond) that I wore occasionally. Firstly, one of the diamond fell off, than after 2 months suddenly the 'spring' broke. I took the ring to Bvlgari shop in Dubai (there I bought the same) and they told me that nothing can be done. After endless discussions they offer me a 'new' ring for app. 4000$ (US Dollar) that I found depply disappointing and ridicules.
Dear Duna, can you please let me know where you have fixed your ring/spring and how much cost? I definitely agree that quality of B.ZERO1 ring is really poor and far from the level of luxurious brand. It is durable only if it is in the box and not on the finger. Unfortunately, I faced other problems with Bvgari jewellery as well and can only conclude: Shame for Bvlgari!

Oh my goodness! This is quite a shocking picture and revelation! I have invested in two B.Zero rings and pray this does not happen to me as well!

Hello. My grandmother gifted my wife her ring and earings and the same
Thing happened to the ring. We just took it a bvlgari authorized dealer and they told us nothing can be done. Pretty absurd for a luxury brand. How did you get yours fixed
