Buying Pochette Accessoires from LV Website

I messaged my SA a couple of days ago. Just now heard from her and she says that the PA is being discontinued. I told her about the digital concierge and she was shocked I was able to place an order! Wonder if it really is, you never know with LV.

For those who have been in touch with the digital concierge (via email), and were waitlisted - meaning, not immediately sent a payment link - how long did you wait before being contacted again? Or did you have to contact them again at a later date?

Just curious about how legitimate this all is and how it works.

It’s legitimate. I wasn’t waitlisted so I can’t speak to that. I ordered yesterday and it shows up in my purchase history “pending product availability.”

Oh wowww! I’m glad I ordered mine now before it gets discontinued. I know most stores haven’t gotten them in for some time. In Atlanta, my SA mentioned they hadn’t gotten in their store for months

That’s unfortunately normal. Mine got that stitching issue too. And made in France

I just received my PA in Monogram but I’ve noticed it is very flimsy. Anyone who has received it, is that normal? I can fold the bag literally in half.

Mine came the exact same way with the same issues and Made In Spain as well. I am currently debating if I should return it as those small issues are bugging me a bit but at the same time it is hard to get your hands on one so I am unsure of what to do. I’m not sure if the bulging at the bottom of the bag is normal.

I got one earlier this year and I think that rounded bottom is normal. It has lessened over time. I've seen it to varying degrees on mini pochettes, too.

I finally picked up my PA in AZUR today from ordering it through client services (finally!) It, however, has these SAME exact issues in addition to unevenness on the sides. It was also made in Spain. therefore, i'm also debating if i should return. It was an extremely hard piece for me to obtain (and i'm still seeking the PA monogram, my original desired slg) so i'm not sure if i should return or hold on.

I was very close to keeping the bag but I personally think that for $800+ the bag should not have these issues. I was sad I had to return it because it took a long while to try and find it and once I got it, I was very happy but when it came in it just had too many defects for me that did not make me comfortable keeping it.

i feel the same exact way. i'm also hesitant to return bc i don't want to not be able to find another one for months again & risk another price increase
