Buci or Alma bb

I'd have to say the Buci. I have both. Buci is more user friendly because of the shape, back slip pocket, and magnetic closure. The Alma BB is classic but kind of annoying to use. The strap hangs on opposite handles, which make the bag sit awkwardly & hard to get in and out of. The movement of your body can cause strap clips to open, causing bag to fall to the floor. The dome shape means when you remove an item, other items shift to the bottom making it necessary to rearrange contents frequently. No exterior pocket. The epi leather is softer on the Buci and such an easy functional bag. It's not a classic but it should be.

Agree. Alma bb is "classic but annoying". Buci. But I think you should consider more options than these two for practicality. May I recommend the Odeon PM.

Be different, buy the Buci. I try not to buy the bags that I see others carry. When spending this amount of money, I want to stand out.

I have 2 Alma’s, 1 with jacquard strap and a regular one with the skinny strap. I much prefer the jacquard strap, I’m short and I use it as a day time bag so I wear it crossbody and it’s so cute and comfortable. Also, there is a store on Etsy you can get very similar skinny straps, they’re not wannabe LV or anything they are just similar but I have a few of those to change it out once in a while.

Anyway, some food for thought. I also think the Buci is super cute!

I have them both.

My alma bb in epic black color was dated 2012 when it just published.
and I got my buci since day one they issued this bag as well.

im not the person who baby bag, I use it a lot, I carry my alma bb for a nice differ, with strap, I carried it almost everywhere, use it just like my favorite mm ( is there still anyone using this bag just like me? lol)
and buci as well, I used a lot with back pocket, inside of buci I ordered a bag insert, and I always carry my long wallet, folded bag, key, and extra card holder ( always on back slot)

I have to say
alma bb is much more lady like, this bag suits more fancy dinner, date night out for sure, this bag still my number one in entire collection, I love it more then Hermes bolide.

buci I always carry it with longest length, I don't like under arm style so I never carry it that way.

if money allows, get them both, if its not, get alma first ( alma bb already exist over 10 years, alma this style already part of classic in LV collection.
