Brand or Unbranded ering? Do I really need one?

I think the only reason to go with a branded ring is if the setting design is unique to the brand and you have to have it.

Eventually I want to have my stone re-set in Steven Kretchmer's Omega setting. There's nothing else like it.

In the end, when people see your ring - most will not know if it is a designer ring or not!! If that even matters to you! If the design of a ring sings to you - then you should go for it! Although I do love my Novo, DH bought it due to the reliability behind Tiffanys, the same going for my HW e-ring!
So if you love it, go for it!
