i asked that very question of customer service last night. i was told that it is not silk screened like the illustre or multicolore lines. i was told it was just like the regular monogram. now, having said this, this was info from one cs rep at the 866 number so it would be great to confirm this info.

actually i was just speaking to a sa now. asked again about the screen print question. she didn't know. also asked about whether it was coming out in a full size pochette but she said now only the mini pochette and the zippy, with the speedy type bag later as shown above. not sure if this info is accurate or not but that is what i was told. i'm in the same boat on the phone issue. mine won't fit with its case but it is sooooo cute. what to do??
